The Chalet
Experience the charm of alpine living at newly renovated Himalaya Lodge Ski Chalet in Montriond near Morzine. Nestled in a beautiful setting, our chalet features 7 double ensuite bedrooms, accommodating up to 15 guests.
With a prime location just a 10-minute drive from the Ardent, Super Morzine, and Prodains ski lifts, guests can easily access the renowned Portes du Soleil ski area in the French and Swiss Alps. Ski-lifts to snow-sure Avoriaz are 10 minutes away.
The village of Montriond, just a 15-minute walk away, has a local shop where you can find your kitchen essentials and fresh bread each morning. In Montriond, you’ll also find a ski and bike rental shop, a few restaurants, a bar, and a coffee shop.
We are a 3-minute drive from Lake Montriond, a 5-minute drive to Morzine, and close to the main Carrefour supermarket.
Layout
Spread across three levels, this property offers ample space and privacy for all. It’s the perfect retreat for multi-generational family gatherings or group vacations.
The chalet features seven en-suite bedrooms. All of the rooms can be configured with either a king-size bed or two singles. One bedroom has an additional third single.
The newly installed kitchen , fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, it’s perfect for preparing hearty mountain meals. The utility room adds convenience, offering extra fridge space, a washer and a dryer, boot warmer.
Modern life is accessible with our high-speed Starlink internet and new smart LG TV.
The centrepiece of the chalet is the middle floor, where a spacious lounge, dining area and large balcony invite guests to unwind. With its exposed wooden beams and a stunning new open kitchen, making it the ideal spot to share stories of the day’s adventures on the slopes or trails.
