The Chalet

This luxury chalet has 5 en suite bedrooms, offers open plan living space and large south facing terrace with stunning mountain views in all directions.

Located in a quiet area called L’Ele on the sunny side of the valley, Alpine Retreat sits on a large plot surrounded by space and forest, with an alpine stream running by the chalet.

You can walk to the centre of Morzine in 15mins and Montriond in 10mins.

Easy access by car to the Super Morzine, Pleney, Prodains or Ardent Ski Lifts . Just a 5 min walk to the bus stop for access to the town/ski lifts. For additional cost we can arrange for a friendly & professional driver service to drop & pick you up from the slopes.

The chalet has ample parking for 2-3 cars.

The Rooms

On the ground floor of the chalet, an entrance hall leads to bedroom 1, a gorgeous bedroom with floor to ceiling windows, chic ensuite with a gorgeous shower, and separate WC. This floor also offers a large storage area and internal access to the garage, which has recently been renovated as a ‘boot room’ of dreams for ski storage and brand new boot warmers, gym area & access to outside.

Moving up to the middle level of the chalet where you will find the main living space and central hub of the property. Polished concrete floors, spacious open plan living and impressive floor to ceiling windows offering access to the large decked terrace with swimming pool (not available in winter season), it’s the perfect space to entertain or relax and take in the views, after a day on the mountains.

This level features a modern and fully kitted kitchen with central island, large dining table with mountain backdrop, glass fronted fire place, large TV and Sonos sound system and plenty lounge seating for everyone. There is also a cosy workspace, guest WC and utility room with washing machine.

On the top floor, there are 4 ensuite bedrooms all with storage and either access to a balcony or the outdoor space leading to the hot tub.
