Chalet Du Pré

Chalet du Pré is a luxurious mountain retreat accommodating up to thirteen guests at a secluded and stunning location near Morzine in the French Alps.

The chalet has easy access to the greater Portes du Soleil area, with access to 650 km ski slopes and trails, 200 lifts and 14 valleys.

Location

The chalet enjoys spectacular and unimpeded views across the Valley d’Aulps to the majestic Roc d’Enfer (also the home of the charming local resort of the same name which is included in the Portes du Soleil ski-pass).

Nestled at the edge of a hamlet above the town of Saint Jean d’Aulps, the location offers complete peace and privacy.

Choose your access to the Portes du Soleil ski area via the bustling ski town of Morzine, the popular resort of Les Gets or the gondolas at Linderets / Ardent to take you directly to Chatel, Avoriaz and over into Switerland, Champery and beyond.

All car parks are reached in an easy 15 to 20 minute drive and most are free.

Layout

Chalet du Pré sleeps up to 12/13 guests. Accommodation is split over three levels with two master bedrooms on the top mezzanine level and four further bedrooms on the lower level. All bedrooms are en-suite.

A separate entrance vestibule with ample storage for ski clothes and boots with superheated floor for drying boots and kit.

The main open-plan living area is stylish and comfortable, this features a modern and fully equipped kitchen, with everything you might need.

The dining area is adjacent and features one long table which easily accommodates all your guests.

The lounging area has a stunning yet cosy fireplace and masses of seating, along with an adjoining television room.

UK freeview satellite and an option to sign in to Netflix/Prime etc if you have an account.
An internal and external Sonos sound system keeps the music going where ever you choose to be, hot tub or fire side.
There is also a piano and an abundance of board games plus house library if you need some ski free time.
On the upstairs Mezzanine landing there is a work station for those who need to catch up on stuff back home.
An ifra-red sauna sorts out those aching muscles before soaking yourself in the large 6 man massage hot tub on the lower terrace .
